Vehicles supplied under the Master Supply Agreement. Balances and deadlines shown here are the agreed record (CRM = authoritative ledger).
Pay any amount, any time — no need to tell us which vehicle: payments are applied automatically to the oldest due amounts first. Available credit is restored as soon as we confirm receipt at our bank (transfers normally take a few business days). Balances count the full invoice amount from shipment in Japan. Each vehicle has two outer deadlines from its Kampala arrival*: 30% within 7 days, full balance within 5 months. Overdue amounts accrue agreed damages of 2% per month (counted daily), and new shipments pause after 14 days overdue. US$ and UGX figures are indicative conversions at the bank’s TTB rate — the account itself is in Japanese yen.
